What does a volunteer do?
There are several roles a volunteer can take at Tiqvah. We require at least an hour a week to encourage the development of relationships with the students. The most crucial element is building relationships with our kids, no matter what job you take on as a volunteer. Whether you volunteer to cook/serve a meal, drive a van, or help with homework; we ask all of our helpers to put great effort into getting to know our kids and encouraging them.
