Positions: Elementary Team Leader
Type: Part-Time Position with Paid Time Off

An Elementary Team Leader is responsible for leading and providing direct care for up to 9 students, helping them achieve established goals for academic, spiritual, and emotional growth. These positions are responsible for leading programming, engaging students in a variety of blended learning activities, providing spiritual mentoring, and serving both children and families in a variety of other capacities.

Positions: Middle School Team Leader
Type: Part-Time Position with Paid Time Off
Positions Available: 2
These positions are responsible for leading and providing direct care to one team of up to 12 middle school students, helping them achieve established goals for emotional, spiritual, and academic growth. Staff members in this position are responsible for leading programming, engaging students in a variety of blended learning activities, providing spiritual mentoring, and serving both children and families in a variety of other capacities.

Position: high school team leader
Type: Part-Time Position with Paid Time Off
Positions Available: 1
This position is designed explicitly for engagement with as many as 12 high school students and their families. The main responsibility is to provide resources and opportunities to students that will help them successfully transition into their next stage of life whether that be college, the workforce, or otherwise. While providing support and encouragement in the finishing of their high school courses, this position balances the needs of the here and now, but also the future. It is to provide the students with a web of support and teach them how to utilize those resources that are readily available to both them and their families. This position is responsible for networking with community partners, mentoring, and engaging the students in a variety of blended learning opportunities.
